Had a break in October, to date the claim has not been sorted. Sadly every month the debit goes off as normal but when it comes to the crunch Hollard has been showed us pathetic service and without any feedback. everytime we query the file is with this person and with that person and they will get back to us and that never happens. Insurance ombudsman, here we come.
