From 14 Oct to Thurs 16 Oct-13 I tried to get a response from ABSA icw with pre-approved Car Finance. Despite several telephone calls and emails and also posting a complaint on the ABSA Facebook page, I to date haven't even had the courtesy of a reply - Zero response almost as if ABSA no longer exists.

Having been a GOOD client of ABSA for many years, I have at last come to the realisation that there is no loyalty - so I went out and bought a dog and joined FNB.

I'm sure FNB is loving this!
