Only three months into this insurance and already I'm impressed - whenever I call the centre I'm helped promptly, and every person I've spoken to has gone beyond the norm to assist me in whatever queries I may have. Within the first month I had to claim - the claim was quickly logged, and regular sms'es were sent to inform of what was happening.
