My Dad past Away last year may 2012 and my Mom (Christina letisa Maluleka) submitted the claiming form in August 2012 and she was told that the Form was incomplete and she re submitted the claiming form in August 2012 which she personally re submitted her claim form to NBC Provident Fund (Cleaning) in Johannesburg to sphiwe who is one of the guy`s working there) NBC) and was promised to get her money in three weeks, however till today (7 months later) she is still struggling to get her money. We called NBC (0102060900) and spoke to different consultants for assistance but all says the same story that it will be processed and Promised that the money will be paid into her account in three weeks, but still nothing. We called again Early this week still same promise, and same result. I called yesterday and spoke to a lady to my surprised she told me that she can`t locate the our claiming forms on their system I was so furious in way that I almost lost my temper as the claiming form was handed in personally by my Mom herself.
