I had completed my Savings claim form and it was handed in on 18 August 2013. I was told that it will be paid out with my salary on 30 August 2013 by Cozens.
This is the message I received from them on Monday 02 September 2013
When we spoke on Saturday I remembered submitting your savings claim - I have just checked and it was submitted with week ending 18 August timesheets. Had to just be sure that I submitted it before I called wages - they don't have your savings claim form. I explained the severity of you having your savings ASAP.
Attached please find a new savings claim form - I will take it through to Head Office the minute I receive it.

This is unacceptable Cozens.
