Have an annual policy.
Santam Had My address wrong, i called in to ammend it.
Spoke to 3 diffrent people, not one of them told me that Changing my Address from Notsu Street to Mostu Section will make my premuim to go up.
Now Santam ahas taken R2949 out of my account and no communication.
How is it my problem that they got my address wrong? Area code never changed so why this premuim increase?
