Capfin loan initial arrangement debit date was recorded as for every 22 month of each month until completion of term. Due to financial constraints a month was skip and resulted to arrears which i advised to payment immediately to avoid interest. I then agreed with a consultant and paid the required arrears cash, having done that i received a notification of acknowledgement of the 27 March 2013 and immediately my loan was paid off as well. On the 19 April 2013, capfin debited R132 from paid off account, out of frustration I then contacted contact for enquiry and I was told my loan actually had an outstanding balance of R84 which in know nothing about. For some reasons they debited R132, and the consultant said its an errors from their side. I find this strange and disturbing, my main question is, how does Capfin systems and operators work without proper records?
