A supreme court order has been issued to change a bond into one persons name, this was done August 2012, to date this has not been done and this is prejudicing us from getting a bond! Yvonne is the front man for the legal department, you cannot speak to a proper legal advisor everything is channelled and I am told as long as Absa doesnt know they have no responsibility! And seeing the bond is up todate they are not gpoing to rock the boat!!! Even when I now tell them that there is a supreme court order there is nothing they can do! We are not even offered assistance or decent legal advise! As long as WE are the one's prejudiced who cares!!! Then NOT even to speak about the 6 numbers I have dialed for hours and there is NO answer!!! Absa U!!! You should not even call yourself a bank today, tomorrow together you are a JOKE!!!
