Subsequent to my previous post, I was contacted by ABSA complaints and told that all holds will be lifted in order for us to secure a bond in my name.
I have been passed around between complaints and legal, like a hot potato, with non of the promises being kept.
The latest is that I will not qualify for a bond, within the next 2 years, due to s default (which has been fully rectified.
I now stand a realistic chance of losing my house, due to the incompetence of ABSA and their unwillingness to listen to the bond holder and take the merits of the situation into account.
Do I escalate to the board of directors, before I will get the necessary answers???
