I am resubmitting my complaint of 8 March which has not been sorted out. Standard Bank respond with all the promises and apologies one could imagine and that is where it stops. They dont solve issues.

The monthly e-mail statements I receive are totally useless for submitting to my bookeepers as there are always days missing from the previous statement to the following statement and with the closing balance on the previous statement being different to the opening balance on the following statement. This results in me having to go into the bank and request archived statements for the missing periods and the bank has the cheak to charge you per page for something they have not given you in the first place.
