Terrible Service with an Attitude

I wen to FNB Mall@Carnival to get three months bank statements on 05.03.2013. I went with my statements to the relevant company who refused to accept them as they were cut off on the side. I went back the next day and informed the same woman who helped me. I told her I need new ones and showed her the old ones and informed her I can not pay twice. She the printed out the same ones in the format I get them posted to me. I told her I do not want those as I have them already that is why I am in the branch. She just put them in my face and started talking to her colleague as if I am disrupting her time. I then asked her about reversing the charge for the misprinted statements. She responded that the bank manager is not there and walked away. I find this attitude terrible to say the least. The lines are so long too and half the tellers are forever closed and then you pay for such a terrible service??? I am seriously considering moving my bank after this.
