Very scary. Took out a policy mid Jan 2013 with all these stunning promises etc etc. Since then no debit order went off, so, my waiting period extended for another 2 months. What if? (3 month period before any claims, so...)
So, I did the polite thing and mailed. And mailed. And mailed. And mailed. NO RESPONSE! How on earth can they advertise like crazy on radio but haven't even got the decency to respond to an email?
They obviously don't give a that they're stuffing around with MY cover on MY vehicle? Problem is, the product looked great, I referred people to them! Now I'm going to look like the! Maybe this will wake them?
