Policy Increase

I have been insured for 2 years with Iwyze. My policy is for full comprehensive cover on Motor, Household and Building, with no claims yet recorded. My policy's anniversary will be in June 2013 and I received an updated policy on the 17/04/2013 regarding the annual premium Increase.
Going through the new rates I noted the following: Building increased by 10% (no issue with that), household goods increased by 10%, (no issue with that as well) and TADA - vehicle INCREASED BY 58%. Being very polite, I phoned them to ask for an explanation as to how on earth the can justify an increase of 58%. And this is what they told me..."after taking all the risk factors into consideration this is what your premium comes too" - However, no claim ever lodged. After much debate and and presenting the operator with certain facts I had him "clutching at straws", he got irritated with my reasoning/questions and told me that is what it is. He gave me a slight discount after being on the phone with him for close to an hour.
I truly feel that they think the people they are dealing with are gullible enough to accept/believe whatever they put on the table. I will never recommend you to anyone.
