I'm not pleasured with the way my claim has been handle, he called me today with an attitude forcing me to agree with him how didn't get payment of my premium after I sent proof of on my bankstatement. I will be fowarding this complain to FAISOMBUD as I have already took one plan for not paying my claim for hospital bill!!! next time watch your tone as you were not assisting me at all!!!
