A month and a half ago i transfered money into my credit card the bank details were incorrect and the funds have up to date never appeared in my account after 100s of emails sending proof of payment and phone calls and being shouted at by the call center agent, then 3 days ago i transfered again as i am being threatened with legal action and low and behold once again the funds are not in the account i am overseas and called the call center AGAIN regarding this mattar and was put through to 3 different agents and then proceeded to wait 15 min on the line and gave up waiting. And still no funds in the account. WHAT MORE DO I DO FOR THIS MONEY TO REFLECT IN MY ACCOUNT
