My car is insured with Dial Direct. Last year May, I was involved in an accident. I was told by my insurers to take my car to AutoMagic in Pinetown. I was advised by Automagic that my car would be ready on a certain date - it wasn't. Then I assessed my car on delivery and noted two faults, one being that the bonnet was not 'buffered' correctly. So back in again at my expense and my time. Hire car was supposed to be booked by Automagic Head Office- they forgot to book it! So another two hours of my day wasted. At the same time of the repair, I asked Telesure's manager why the panel beaters did not pick up that my brake button is not working. To my knowledge this could have been as a result of the accident because one of my tyres was blown out and required a new rim etc. I am not in that field so I left it to the experts. The ignored the red light that appeared continuously on the dashboard and I made the manager aware of my concerns again. I was told by the owner of Automagic that he believes something was spilt on the brake button! Insulting!! A YEAR later my car is still not safe and in good working order!!! I should have stayed with Budget! Dial Direct simply don't care!!!
