My service provider is Dial direct, I sent out a request for my vehicle to get repaired with automagic in the beginning of February, they said I need to first pay half of my access before they order the parts, my husband paid 1750 rand on the 6th of Feb and it is now the 19th of March, and all I have received from Automagic is sms's saying they are still ordering the parts, I have also called Dial Direct on numerous occasion, to find out what are the processes, and they said they would get someone to call me back and still nothing, I am so angry write now, I just want them to give me the cash and I will deal with my own panelbeaters, this is ridiculous because my premium is deducted on time every month, and now I have to be treated so badly, this is unexceptable
