I called the bayport customer services on monday the 25th/02/2013 after spending the weekend without Blackberry internet service. while she was busy assisting i asked to hold for 2 minutes while i busy accessing information from my phone. she had a decency to tell me that she can't hold for two minutes but she hold for a minute because she has to assist other customers on the line.while on the other hand i'm the one who called for service. The funny part about the whole drama is she asked me to hold for few minutes while she busy accessing or looking the info but i have never said my airtime is getting finished. That made me ask myself so many questions without an answer as the customer. I might not be that important to her or her company but onething she must know is "I am part of those who makes it possible for to pay bills or to put food on the table and she must also bare in mind that we as customers we buy service not the product. if the service is good no matter how good or bad is your product, you have positive business results.
