Could someone please explain how credit cards are being linked to customer accounts without the client signature, I.D or even presence???
This fantastic practice has allowed my account to be cleared out by some unknown who was able to cover his or her tracks perfectly! The sad part is I paid for my cash to be protected but it seems the people I paid namely ABSA are the! This investigation will take who knows how long so until then I plan to contact every platform to show them how safe our money really is! Oh I ommitted to mention that I had to make a loan now or else my four year old daughter and I would not eat for who knows how long! I will be closing my account as soon as this disgrace of a service is concluded.
Ps. My SAVINGS account was accessed two months ago by, lucky me...! Well done ABSA!!!
