THIS MORNING I WENT TO MY FNB BRANCH HYDEPARK TO FIND OUT ABOUT 1 ACCOUNT.THEY HAVE OVER 400 SQUARE METERS OF FLOORSPACE, NOT ONE PERSON AT THE BANK COULD GIVE ME ANY DETAILS ABOUT 1 ACCOUNT, THEY SPEND MILLIONS ON ADVERTISING BUT NOTHING ON TRAINING.BONGI THE ASSISTANT HER PHONE WAS SO TANGLED THAT HER CHIN WAS ON THE COUNTER WHILE ON THE PHONE.
I WAS LEFT SITTING THERE FOR 45 MINUTS JUST WAITING TO GET HER TO GIVE ME THE NO OF FNB COMPLAINTS THIS IS THE WAY THEY TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN LOYAL TO THEM FOR OVER 20 YEARS SCHOCKING AND PATHETIC
