Termination of contract & unexpected reimbursement

I took out a policy with Outsurance in October 2013
within days of taking out the vehicle insurance, I sold my car.
I sent Outsurance an email informing them
at the end of the month my account was debited, I sent another email requesting cancellation.
an Out consultant called me and cancelled the policy and then indicated that they will refund me
within a week I got my refund.
thank you Outsurance, I will definitely do business with you in future.
Pity I did not take the consultant's name.
