I had walked into the bank, and had printed out a ticket and then proceeded to stand and wait. I waited for 20 minutes and started noticing that people that came after me in the que where going to see the enquiery person before me, then I had aproach the host on that day asking her if something was wrong, she then replied and said that I had the wrong ticket and had printed me another one. This was half an hour already gone so I then asked her if me taking this ticket means that I still have to go back and wait for my turn behind the people that came after me? She then smugged and said sorry, I then went and stood in the que again in pain. I continued standing and was in pain so I asked if I could get a chair as I am 7 months pregnant and my feet and back were so sore, I was refused by the host saying there's no chairs. I was then helped by a lady in enquieries. When I left the bank, I could not even walk back to the store due to how tired and the amount of pain I was in due to the lack of interest and care of making sure that I was seen to urgently as I waited so long, when people came after and got service first as well as I am pregnant. Iv never experienced such bad service before!!
