I called king price last week Monday 11 February 2013 logging a claim about cracked windows at my residence, i immediately got an e-mail advising me that my claim has been received and given a name of the person responsible, on Tuesday i sent an e-mail requesting for feedback and now, i never received any feedback had to call on Wednesday and was told someone will call me before 5pm that day??? again no response, i called again today the 18 February enquirering about my claim and again AGAIN told someone will come back to me till now... no response! is this the service fit for a "KING" i'm a paying client and don"t deserve such service... deliver as per your promise!
