I am insured with Budget for my houehold and personal contents. On 30 April 2013, I loadged a claim with them for my cell-phones and other personal belongings. I followed up on 3 May, only to find quotations had not been obtained and I had not received follow-up. I called today, still not having received feedback and it appears that the quotations have still not been reeived and no-one is updating me on this. The guy who processed my claim - Hannes Holland, reads my e-mails, but does not reply. The lady i spoke to at the call centre also didnt understand why my claim was taking so long. I find this quite tardy, while i have to this end honoured my side of the contract.
