Harassed for NOTHING!!

I have been harrased since 2012 for an account that was paid in 2011!
I've faxed and emailed proof of payment several times! The sms's and phone calls stopped for four months and started again out of the blue with the same problems!!
This is harrassment!!! I've sent documents repeatedly and this is still not sorted out!

Get your paper work in order and clear my name already or this will go legal!!!
