I joined the Asambe travel group begin of the year and how ever my account has been debited twice for the same amount, I noticed in April that i was been debited an extra amout and have placed the complain with the company. All the requested documents were send to them and Nosipho promised to come back to me once the matter has been resolved and also promised that I would receive a refund which has never happened let alone phoning me back. Today again my money has been debited and when I call her she tell me she thought the debit order was cancelled and she refuses to put me thruogh to her manager. The service I have received so far its VERY POOR AND BAD!
