My Fianc? got divorced 5 years ago and in the contract it states her pathetic excuse for a human being ex-husband would transfer the bond and she would have nothing to do with it, with confirmation in doing so from this so called man. 5 years later this wonderful place called ABSA (5 years later) they tell my fianc? she is solely responsible for the full account as her ex-husband has skipped the country and the bond hasn't been paid. Since that day my fianc? and I have tried everything to set up meetings and even got our lawyer involved to resolve this issue and take over the bond which one would think is the best thing for both parties, this poor excuse for a bank get their money we get this problem resolved and avoid a judgment. But no these heartless at the bank will not see or try come to the party to resolve this issue, we have applied for finance and busy fighting to get the property transferred across but her ex has skipped the country so they would rather just pass a judgment and not let us resolve the issue. We are whiling to pay for the bond but need to get it transferred. Amazing how what you advertise isn't true you pathetic excuse for a bank...
