Do not pay account!!!

Good day,

I am utterly disgusted with the way my policy have been handled by Essential Med, first off all they refuse to pay for my Radiologist account and after i have cancelled my policy with them they still go and deduct the monthly premium of my account. I am still waiting to hear from Marilize as well as a lady i spoke to this morning supposedly handling the cancellations.

All i want is my money back i will myself pay for the radiologist account.
