I would like to send compliment to Tshidiso, I contacted my way about my car insurance and was very helpful and he went an extra mile assisting me, I am really have to be Miway client because of him, after I have experience very very bad service from Otto I think he is the CEO, but his clients services is very bad, I once had a problem that want the CEO intervention, but he gave response that was not suppose to come from company CEO, Tshidiso keep up the good work, please share best practice with your clients resolution manager and you CEO, I don't which qualities or qualifications your company used to employed them.
