On the 28/02/2013 my husband applied for a INSTANT loan, which was approved immediately, they sent the sms and advised that it should take 15 minutes just to verify the banking details. a message came back with a query on the banking details which we sorted out within an hour of their sms. We were told that this matter would be resloved shortly. We followed up on the 01/03/2013 and once again we were told that they need a copy of his I.D as they could not see the I.D number clearly. AGAIN same was done within an hour of the request. Once again we were told that the matter would be resolved A.S.A.P. They said that it would reflect in the account on Saturday as their working hours are until 1pm. Today is already the 04/03/2013 and STILL NOTHING IS HAPPENING, we phoned again this morning and were told that the matter is with the I.T guys. WHAT THE DOES THE I>T GUYS have to do with our loan application??? Hopefully this matter will be resolved by 15:00!!!
