I am writting this report as a final resort. Could you please assist me in having this matter resolved immediately.
I have applied for a short term loan 06 Sept. 2013. Loan was approved 12th Sept. Then i contacted them numerous times to be told there SLA (Turn around time 10-15 working days). No response.
It is over a month now and no response. You contact the call centre and management is in a meeting. You speak to a manager and all they advise is we can't tell you when it will be paid out. We hae a backlog. When will it be resolved. What are you doing to solve it. Customers and Service is your BUSINESS. Please can I have a response and have this matter resolved immediately.
