Approved then rejected???

I applied for a "fast little loan" of R1000 from Wonga on September 09th 2013. I was told everything is approved! I did the online acceptance and everything!!! I was told to wait a short while as they have to verify one or two things but quote "your loan has been approved". I get a message just now to say they can't give me the loan because my bank details are incorrect. I checked and I have supplied the correct details. I verified it just to be double sure. Then I get told my application is "unsuccessful"!!! How can they make me sign for something and the next minute I get told I didn't qualify???
This is terrible service!!!
I sincerely hope I am not going to be shocked with a debit order of some sort on my pay date because I signed electronically... need someone from Wonga to urgently explain their disgusting service to me (and not like I'm a 3 year old!!!)
