I got billed R1173 on my February premium instead of R961.00 without any communication from Dial Direct, when i called i was told its due to an outstanding Tracker Installation Certificate which i sent to them on the 14 December 2012 i have an email to prove this and the consultant that i talk to confirmed that my email was indeed recieved. I have requested for the refund of the difference last week monday (25/02/2013) and am still waiting.
