I have previously had a claim and it was a terrible experience which is why this experience was worth writing about.
I had a recent claim and Daron Theunis (consultant assigned to my claim) handled it professionally, efficiently and with great care. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with him - he has such a nice manner in which he deals with his clients that it cannot go unnoticed. These days most consultants make you feel like they are doing you a favour, but he was different in all aspects.
So THANK YOU Daron for giving me some faith that not all people have lost their and that some still know how to treat their clients!!
