Completely unimpressed by Wesbank

Car accident on the 15th December 2012 - car written off on 7 January 2013.
Insurance settled outstanding balance on 4 February 2013
Still had to pay an installment on 1 March 2013, THREE WEEKS after settlement has been paid. According to call centre, the amount has still not been allocated to my account, and they have not sent original documents to my insurer so that i can be paid out. Two and a half months without a car, thanks very much Wesbank for absolutely shocking service. My entire life is on hold, because i have been unable to purchase a new car without the payout from my insurer.
