On the 20 of february i applied for the consolidation loan and they said it will take 15 days so i phoned them to check how far are they . on the 14 i phoned and they told me of another 15 days so today i phoned and spoke to thato she i must wait for the manager for the out come .i would really like to know how long does it take for standard bank cosolidation department to sort out the problem or to help if you do not qualify why dont they tell you rather than making people wait for months and meanwhile you could have tried another options. The service is not good at all
