I have cancelled my policy in October. I contacted bettersure and Jennerwade last month. She sent me a cancellation document to complete and said she had processed the cancellation and will get back to me with regards to my refunds since October last year. She has not gotten back to me as yet and yesterday another debit order came off my account for the policy after calling her.
I have called and emailed her to no response 4 times already. I will be calling the head office tomorrow to find out why I am being ignored and why the cancellation did not go through in the first place!
