Handling of my loan account

I have a loan contract with FNB, and i was suprised yesterday to receive a call from Unilaw stating that they have been assigned by FNB they didn't get their monthly payment of February which i was not aware of and i didn't receive any communique from FNB regarding any debit order rejection or insufficient.

What annoyed me is that i have a contract with them they never indicated anything to me, they just handed over my account to debt collectors without sending anything or communicating with me. it was unfair for FNB to submit my account without informing that they didn't receive their monthly amount which i was not aware of. it will be proper if i could get a response from the bank regarding this matter, since i hve never defaulted on my payment since the inception.
