Getting ABSA to send repairmen

Upon finding water pouring through my ceiling this am, i phone ABSA to get them to send a plumber (they wont pay if you use someone they dont have on supplier list!! ) its a saturday take note. it took more than an hour of me phoning ABSA more than 5 times to get a telephone number. the "plumber" comes around with a LADDER!! thats all. not a tool in sight . he then leaves to purchase the required items and i am left waiting for 3 hours. he is still not back. we have no hot water. If ABSA thinks they are going to use this kind of shoddy workmen when they fix the actual ceiling.... hum what is a person to do???
