I am still waiting for ABSA to send a contractor to repair the ceiling where the water from the burst pipe has damaged it. they sent someone out to "look" 10 days ago. have yet to hear from them i called them on Tuesday to ask what is happening and was promised someone would contact me. Nothing.
changing my homeowners insurance to join my contents insurance is looking like a better idea every day.
