On 5 Feb 2013 Mr Mkhize give me a quot Quote 5638148 I acept it on the condition that I stil get my Out Bonus at Absa Iderect in May 2013. On 6 Feb 2013 I receive a E mail that the starting date is 1 March 2013 I send him a e mail On 7 Feb 2013. On 8 Feb 2013 he send me a E Mail back to confirm that no deduction wil be done at end of Feb 2013 and that the starting date wil be 1 April 2013 I therefor decide to cancel my policy with Mr Mkhize because then I wil lose my Outbonus at Absa. I also asked Mr Mkhize that all deductions if anny must be made on the 15 of every month my salary date not the end of the month. on 17 Feb 2013 I send Mr Mkhize again to confirm canselation. On 2 March 2013 OUTSURANCE Deducted the amount of R 1217, 08, with the implication that no other will go thru and that I my Vodacom line was cut because of a un law full deduction of Outcurance.
