WHY IS MY REGISTRATION STILL IN PROGRESS!!!

I registered online on 19 December 2012 and made the minimum payment on the 20th of the same month, as i was leaving the country I really needed to have my registration activated before UNISA went on holiday. Friday arrived and my registration had still not been activated, so after an hour of trying to get in contact with someone the person told me my registration should be activated first week when UNISA came back from holiday. I am now out of the country and i will only return after 3 months (my company sent me to China)

I don't have the money to constantly make international phone calls to UNISA, all they have been telling me is that i should wait. I don't know how long I am expected to wait it is nearly a month since i registered and paid, I am falling behind on my studies and it is the same story every year, I must constantly battle with some problem or another with regards to online registration, if it doesn't work scrap the whole thing and make everyone come in person. I am extremely disappointed and angered by this, please sort it out as soon as possible, i don't need a phone call or email just activate my online modules
