POOR SERVICE - NO RESPONSE FOR ANY ENQUIRIES

Since October 2012 we sold our farm and first it was the validations of the farm and took another 2 months before we here anything. They only did the validation on the 17th November 2012. It was a person that was not banking with FNB and we advice him to go to FNB. We had no response from FNB. Just before Crismast I went to see the mananger. She did not want to gave me her seniors telephone nr and said that she is the only one that can help me. I told the manager that I m going to FNB headoffice. strangely the loan was granted just a few days there after. Today the deed was supose to be past at the deeds office and we should have get our money from FNB. We spoke to the manager this morning and every thing was fine. She was suposed to let us in on the developement of what happen during the day. again know response from FNB. This afternoon after 2 oclock we start to findout again what is going on. Again FNB has not gave the attorney the ok to comence with the deed. FNB after almost 15 years as a cleint I have to admitt you are useless and not worth what you advertise.
