First National Bank
Pathetic 4 years for a title deed

The issue started in 2009. i have been requesting my title deed unfortunately to date its not in my possession.
below are the corresponce with personel.
"We have received the copy of the bond and have now requested a copy of the title deed - this was done yesterday. There have unfortunately been delays in the deeds office due to the strike. The strike has ended so hopefully this copy will not take as long as the previous one. However we need to expect anything from 8 business days to approximately 21 business days.
on the Fri 2012/09/28 01:39 PM the following was received: "Good Afternoon, I have just had a discussion with the Team Leader in cancellation department and she advised that the following information would be sufficient:
Name and Surname- Property details-(Bond account number) - just state that you do not have the bond account number we must check our records-It is very important that the document is signed'"
10 December 2012 01:20 PM ""This is a matter we discussed on 01 October 2012, please refer to the attached.
As per email below the customer has not received any feedback from the attorneys. the attorneys advised that they cannot assist with this, back to FNB. lol
