The reason for the lapse was a simple matter of being afraid to go to the office in Benoni. It is an nightmare of an area. (and one cant pay via pick n pay etc) She asked me to accompany her but being busy this went over the time allowed (2 months) a few weeks later I accompanied her there and there you have it.
