I am disgusted with the level of service i have recieved from you people. I have been a member since 2005 and have been paying faithfully - iI have succombed to some financial difficulties and have been told that it is ok_ i would need to write a letter to the head office _ it was just 2 months that i had skipped. I have never ever recieved any mail to update me on changes I have now been informed that my policy had lapsed and management decided to not reinstate it! I have recieved documentation addressed to me but with some one elses details! it seems there was a claim made on my name! I have not had a claim in the 8 year i have been with your company and have been paying over 13thousand. to have this is clearly not on _ give my money back!!!
