2 years ago I took a loan at African bank the service was good. came end of the month they always tried to debit my account before pay day. I called them and told them that I'm using a cheque account every time when they debit and the are no funds in my account it charges me a lot, one of the consultants said he'll put the correct date, even now they still debiting my account before pay day. Few months ago I went to different banks trying to apply for home loan, unfortunately my application was declined in all of them reason being every month I had unpaid debit order. Called African bank again and spoke to another consultant and he said everything was all good, guess what they still debiting before pay day. Thank this is my last installment
