MY MOTHER WENT TO ABSA HER BANK SO THEY CAN FILL IN THE FORM FOR THE GOVERNMENT PENSION FUND AS SHE IS WAITING FOR HER PAYOUT HOWEVER THE CONSULTANT FILLED IN ANOTHER PERSON'S BANKING DETAILS INSTEAD OF HERS NOW THE FUNDS HAVE BEEN CREDITED TO THE OTHER ACCOUNT AND ALSO HER MONTHLY GRANT WILL ALSO BE CREDITED TO THE INCORRECT ACCOUNT WHICH IS AN INCONVENIENCE ON HER SIDE AS THEY ARE NOW GIVING HER THE RUN AROUND WHICH IS UNFAIR AND VERY SUSPICIOUS. WE NEED TO INVESTIGATE IF THIS IS A MATTER OR ARE PEOPLE BEING DEFRAUDED ON A DAILY BASIS BY THE BRANCH AND ITS EMPLOYEES
