Insurance I don't NEED!!!

I don't understand as to why ABSA forcefully put me on their own desired insurance when I TOLD and EMAILED them TWICE that I already have insurance with Miway. I sent my recent proof of insurance to aip service provided last year November 2012 and this year February 2013 but yet i still get billed, now i'm paying two insurances one I not known of, please can someone from ABSA advice.

Is this even legal???
