I am very upset and disappointed in the manner that African Bank personnel has conducted my account with them and had me blacklisted. I took up 3 loans with Afican bank, I paid and maintaned payments until I lost my job due to rescession, I proactively went to the Booysens branch and submitted and informed the consultant (I forgot the names but I can identify them) there about my predicament, even though I was aware of the retrenchment clause of the contract, no one entertained it, at this stage the manager (not knowing if he is still in position and or running the branch) was there and I requested to see him, funny how he was too busy for me and went outside to speak to other people casually, I left and went to the SouthGate branch with the same documents still no assistance as they turned me back and said the payments still neededto be done, I then went to the Carlton Centre branch, were I was enlightened as at least attended to and advised to go back to my branch... After a year and accumulating arrears and not being intertwined until I loaded a hellopeter, then and only then a lady by the name Thembi if I remember well... Called me and said for the loans to be paid by the i
